1. The Agreement

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of goods from blackwood.no. The agreement consists of these terms, information provided during the ordering process, and any separately agreed conditions.

2. The Parties

3. Price

The stated price for the goods and services is the total price the buyer shall pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs unless otherwise stated.

Any additional costs that the seller has not informed about before the purchase shall not be charged to the buyer.

4. Conclusion of Agreement

The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has placed an order and the seller has confirmed the order.

If there is a typographical error in the seller’s offer in the online store or in the buyer’s order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such an error, the agreement is not binding.

5. Payment

Payment is completed at checkout through the available payment methods provided on the website.

Available payment methods may include services such as:

  • Card payment (Visa / Mastercard)

  • Apple-/Googlepay

  • Klarna

The purchase amount is charged at the time the order is completed unless otherwise stated during checkout.

All transactions are processed through secure payment providers.

6. Delivery

Delivery is considered completed when the buyer, or their representative, has received the goods.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on location and shipping carrier.

If the delivery is delayed beyond the agreed time and this is not caused by the buyer, the buyer may have the right to cancel the purchase according to Norwegian consumer law.

7. Risk of the Goods

The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when the goods have been delivered in accordance with section 6.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of withdrawal, the buyer may withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the buyer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller within the withdrawal period by contacting:

support@blackwood.no

The buyer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the seller.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the seller has received the returned item or proof that it has been shipped.

Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. If such exceptions apply, this will be clearly stated before purchase.

9. Delay and Non-Delivery

If the seller does not deliver the goods within the agreed time, and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer’s side, the buyer may withhold payment, demand fulfillment, cancel the agreement, or claim compensation in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

10. Defects in the Goods (Complaints)

If the goods have a defect, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Complaints must be made no later than two years after the buyer received the goods.

If the complaint is justified, the buyer may be entitled to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Price reduction

  • Refund

Complaints can be submitted by contacting:

support@blackwood.no

The seller may cover return shipping costs if the complaint is valid.

14. Conflict Resolution

Complaints should be directed to the seller within a reasonable time.

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for guidance.
